How we do it

Our telecom solution process is very simple and is divided into 3 stages:

1) Analyze
We first have our specialized telecom analyst view your latest invoice from your current telecom provider. We spend about 48 hours reviewing your charges and observe any overcharges, late fees, unnecessary services, etc.

2) Research
After our initial observation of your plan, we research and contact several providers for a Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire a cheaper rate on your behalf with better quality of service. Betachon has around 20 telecom providers that we constantly work with to serve our clients. Since we have great relationships with each provider and also that we are a broker, we are able to acquire these plans at a wholesale rate and distribute them to our clientele at a much cheaper cost. This stage can take anywhere between 2 – 7 business days.

3) Proposal
After researching extensively on your plan and negotiating with several providers, Betachon will chose the most affordable plan that best suits your business needs. We will then submit a proposal to you and will arrange for a conference call between us, you, and our agent to explain the plan in greater detail and answer any questions. At that point, it is completely up to you if you want to accept or reject the plan, with no penalty.

Our Cost

Similar to our other services, we have a contingency compensation model. So if we don’t find a cheaper and better plan that suits your needs, then you never come out of pocket despite our efforts. If you do accept our proposal, all we ask for is 20% of the new MRC. (I.e. if we proposed a plan for $1000 as the MRC, then you will only owe us $200). This is a ONE TIME fee and NOT monthly (most telecom consultants charge a monthly fee). There are NO upfront costs, service fees, etc.
